Stress Management, Relaxation & Motivation
Overview
Welcome to PAWS Stop, Breathe and Think!
This seminar will meet during PAWS on Thursdays. Next week, students will complete a questionnaire about stress in their lives. This will assist me in making sure that all students' needs are addressed in this seminar.
We will discuss the overview and goals of the course. Next week, students will sign a contract. A final project is due in late November or early December. Since this PAWS is for TAG credit, students cannot use this PAWS time to do work for another class or to get help from another teacher (even if you have a signed pass). Please make every effort to schedule help and make up testing during other times and if you need me to assist in communicating with your teachers, please ask.
