Sessions 6 - 7
Having discussed the mind-body connection in our last session, we will focus today is on the importance of positive thinking and affirmations. We will discuss the following quotes by some well-known motivational speakers. Also, students will share their thoughts on a motivational video of their choice.

We will then discuss sources of negativity in our lives and how to avoid it, with the understanding that a lot of stress can be prevented by maintaining a positive mindset. We ended the seminar with a relaxation activity to relax our bodies and clear our minds.
